As an agent, you are hiring Virtual Tidewater to provide a service and supply quality real estate photos/virtual tour in which you can market a home and/or yourself.  

Put simply, that is just what you can do - use the photos however you want to market the home and/or market yourself.  All we ask is that you do not sell/give the photos to a third party and that Virtual Tidewater can use the image to promote its own business.

In more legal terms:

1. Grant of License.  This license grants the Client (“Licensee”), an individual, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the images supplied by Virtual Tidewater.  You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the images to any other companies or entities.
 2. Permitted/Uses.  The images may be used for any press articles, marketing, on-line use, videos, virtual tours, websites, as well as any form of reproduction, printed or digital, desired to market the subject property.  In addition, you are permitted to use the images for self-promotion.  The images may be backed up or archived as necessary to complete the above stated uses.
 3. Prohibitted uses.  You may not resell, sub-license, give, lend, sub-let, distribute the whole or part of an image. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute those images for commercial purposes or for marketing use with another selling agent or marketing company.  Contact Virtual Tidewater for written permission if third parties including, but not limited to builders, stagers or designers wish to use the photos.
 4.  Copyright.  All rights pertaining to the images are owned by Virtual Tidewater and protected by United States Copyright Laws, international treaty provisions, and other applicable laws. No title, copyright, or intellectual property rights in the images are transferred with this license. Full rights and copyright, including but not limited to self-promotion usage, remain with Virtual Tidewater, without exception.
5. Guarantee.  Virtual Tidewater guarantees satisfaction of image quality.  If you are not happy with the photos supplied, you must notify Virtual Tidewater within 3 business days of receiving photos/virtual tour.  We will come to a resolution to either retake the photos or not bill for the photos.  In the event that the only resolution is a refund, any and all digital or printed photos must be destroyed and are not permitted to be used for any purpose.
