My products have continuously evolving over the past 4 years and I am always trying to stay on the cutting edge of real estate marketing to ensure my customers look their best and are recognized by their clients as being top real estate marketers. I hope to roll out some great video products over the next few months from the ultra-affordable that can be used on ANY property to a more complex product that is perfect for our luxury market.

Simple Pan and Zoom Video

 We create a video using the still photos and create a simple, but attractive video.  Just an additional $10 with Virtual Tour and $25 with a Photos only appointment

Upgraded Video

The upgraded video includes subtitles, and more complex transitions between photos/video clips.  It is hand edited to really focus on the best features of the room.  These prices are an add on to the photos only or virtual tour price.

16-24 photos - $50 (Photos only $50 +  $50 video = $100 total)

25-34 photos - $65 (Photos only $75 + $65 video = $140 total)

35-49 photos - $85 (Photos only $100 + $85 video = $185 total)

50+ photos - $100  (Photos only $120 + $100 video = $220 total)
