Notes to schedule online
Step One - Click on "Go to Client Center" button
Login/Create your client center account. If you don't know your password, click on "Forgot your password?" to reset.
The Client Center can also be accessed directly at http://client.virtualtidewater.com
Step Two - Click on "New Project"
Fill in address and square footage - the rest of the information can be filled in at a later time
This information will be used on your included single property website.
Important! Please include the following information under "Special Instructions" when scheduling
How we are accessing the home?
Are we meeting someone or is it lockbox?
If it is lockbox please let us know the code.
CBS Codes are required even if turned "off" for agent use.
If the house is vacant/lockbox we may change times to create a more logical driving schedule
Is the house Vacant/Staged or Occupied?
If home is TENANT occupied, we require an agent to meet us at the property.
Contact information for the person we should contact on day of appointment
Agent, assistant or seller (if we are meeting seller)
Is there an alarm?
Please provide code & specific instructions on how to operate the system.
Step Three - Select desired photo package
If ordering just iGuide or Aerials (No interior photos) - Skip package selection by clicking on Ala Carte Menu
Step Four - Select any add-ons
Video, 3D Tours and Aerials and more are all under add-ons.
Step Five - Pick desired appointment time and date
You can sort by first available or your favorite photographer
Step Six - Submit Project and check email for Order Summary
We will contact you if the desired appointment time does not work
Need to reschedule?
Open your project in the client center, click on "shoot date" and choose new time
Need to Cancel completely?
Call us at 757-880-0963 during regular business hours.
If it is the weekend, call your photographer directly.
Same day cancellations will be billed a $35 fee.
Make sure your clients are photo ready - send them our staging checklist!
After the appointment
We will upload your photos and video directly to your client center where it can be downloaded.
***We are no longer sending images via dropbox***
Images will be viewable but watermarked until the invoice has been paid.
Pay invoices directly through the client center.

Regular & Aerial Photos - Available next business day by 5 PM - Usually sooner!
Zillow Video - Available next business dat by 5 PM - We will upload your video directly to Zillow.
Walk-thru & Aerial Video - 2-3 Business Days
Twilight Photos - 2-3 Business Days
Matterport & iGuide 3D Tours - 2-3 Business Days
Brochure Design - 1-2 Business Days
Photos taken on Friday or over the weekend are delivered on Monday by 5 PM
