Aerial Photography
Aerial photography is an effective tool for real estate marketing. It provides a unique perspective that showcases the property and its surroundings in a way that traditional photography cannot. Aerial photos can highlight the property's features, such as its size, location, and proximity to amenities.
Two packages to choose from:

Basic Package includes 3-5 high-quality aerial images suitable for smaller listings.

Standard Package offers 10-20 images as well as video footage when ordered with a cinematic video or social media pack. Our standard package is recommended for larger properties and waterfront/waterview homes.
Please note: many parts of our area are in restricted airspace due to proximity to airports and military bases and require FAA authorization. We take these restrictions very seriously and will inform you if the property is in one of these zones. We may be restricted to a lower elevation or not granted permission at all. Each Virtual Tidewater drone pilot holds a current FAA Part 107 license.
