Brandon Gray started with Virtual Tidewater in March of 2017 and provides photography, aerials, 3D virtual tours, and Reel content. He enjoys the flexibility and variety that come with real estate photography, knowing no two properties, or days, are ever the same. Brandon values meeting people from all walks of life and appreciates the role photography plays during important life transitions, from military families relocating to homeowners preparing for their next chapter. The unpredictability of the work keeps him engaged and inspired, and he looks forward to many more years as part of the Virtual Tidewater team.

Kimberly started with Virtual Tidewater in March of 2015 on the administrative side of the business. Over the years, she developed a strong interest in real estate photography and eventually expanded her role to photographing homes as well. She enjoys making homes look their best by focusing on small details and thoughtful adjustments that help each property show its full potential. She loves working with people and building relationships, and truly enjoys being part of the home-selling process, especially helping buyers visualize themselves in what could become their forever home. She loves that real estate photography blends creativity with purpose, and there’s nothing more rewarding than delivering images that agents and homeowners are excited to share. While she continues to support the administrative side of the business, she values the balance of both roles and the impact they have on each listing.

Matt started with Virtual Tidewater in March of 2021. He enjoys capturing well-designed interiors and thoughtful décor, focusing on the details that make a home feel warm, intentional, and lived in. Through his photography, he aims to showcase the beauty and personality that transform a space into a home.
Matt began his photography career in 2016 as a staff photographer at Newport News Shipbuilding, where he documented everything from large-scale ship construction and special events to sea trials off the Virginia coast. He now runs his own commercial photography business, specializing in product, lifestyle, and travel and hospitality imagery. Virtual Tidewater is a natural complement to his work, allowing him to stay creatively inspired while continuing to pursue his passion for photography.

Sam started working with Virtual Tidewater in 2024. One of his favorite parts of the job is interacting with new clients every day and experiencing a wide variety of unique properties. No single day is ever the same (well, except for the traffic). He takes pride in producing high-quality work and values the positive feedback he receives, knowing clients are happy with the final images. He enjoys discovering the unique features of each home, from a custom fireplace to dark wood floors that create striking contrast with other colors and design elements throughout the space.

Tyler has been a photographer since 2016 and officially joined Virtual Tidewater in the summer of 2024. Real estate photography allows him to combine creativity with connection by working closely with agents, understanding their vision, and helping them represent their listings in the strongest possible way. He believes every home has a story and enjoys capturing it through professional imagery. What Tyler loves most about photographing homes is partnering with agents to help them confidently showcase each property at its very best. When he’s not photographing homes, you’ll often find him behind the camera capturing mountain landscapes or coastal waves, or spending quality time with his family.

Cara has been assisting behind the scenes as the Virtual Tidewater Reel editor since 2020. She is currently a student at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA studying Music Therapy. She continues to edit videos as well as assist in photo quality control. When she is home on break, she can be found out assisting our photographers with their 3D Tours. She is proficient in Matterport, iGuide and Zillow 3D Tours.
